Our house is situated in the small village of Menthon Saint Bernard, on the east side of the beautiful Lac d' Annecy and offers a superb base to explore a wide range of outdoor activities or just to relax. It is only 5 minutes walk to the main part of the village, 15 minutes walk to the shores of the Lake, and a few minutes drive from the famous Chateau de Menthon.

The property is a typical Savoyard house on 3 levels with a small outdoor decked terrace area. The lower floor consists of a large lounge, utility room /walk in shower and a double bedroom. On the middle level is a large kitchen/ dining room, and on the third floor there is a twin bedroom (with a view of the Chateau), a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, and a separate WC.

The house is equipped with a DVD player, hi-fi system and some board games.

There is space to park outside the house on a communal car parking area. The location is very quiet and is a short walk to the village shops which include a well-stocked supermarket, charcuterie, boulangerie, bank, tabac, pharmacy, hair salon, and also several restaurants and pizzerias.

Our house is suitable for families, small groups or individuals.

It is available for weekly or monthly lets throughout the year, summer and winter.
